3D – MILLING
What is 3D milling
3D milling is a material processing technology that uses milling machines with three axes of motion (X, Y, Z) to create three-dimensional objects from blocks or sheets of material. This technology can be used to create different types of products, including models, prototypes, moulds and others. The 3D milling process begins with the creation of a 3D model of the relevant object in computer software (CAD).
How does this model take shape?
This model is then converted into instructions for the milling machine in the machine control software (CAM). Using these instructions, the milling machine processes the material according to the specified model, removing excess material and creating the desired shape of the object. 3D milling machines can machine various materials such as wood, plastic, metal and others. Depending on the size and complexity of the object, the milling process can take from several hours to several days. 3D milling has many applications in various industries, including industrial production, design and architecture. In industry, 3D milling machines are used to make prototypes, moulds and tools, as well as to create final products.
How can 3D milling be used?
In design and architecture, 3D milling can be used to create decorative elements, building layouts, furniture and other design products. In addition, 3D milling is also used in medicine, where it is used to create models of organs, prostheses and other medical devices. Due to the accuracy and high quality of processing, 3D milling is becoming an increasingly popular way of manufacturing medical devices and equipment. Thanks to this, 3D milling is used in a variety of fields, including artistic design, jewellery production, scale models and more.

What kind of 3D products do we make?
Fragments of bespoke projects

Our equipment
We have high-precision equipment.
We use CNC machines made to special order, which enables us to produce customised products with a high degree of precision. The range of our machines is wide: from classic furniture elements with a straight geometry to highly artistic decorative elements and other non-standard design ideas.

Our equipment allows up to 8 identical parts to be machined at the same time, which in serial production or the manufacture of frequently repeated furniture elements makes it possible to complete an order much faster than other furniture manufacturers are able to do so.
Our design and modelling department allows our customers to come to us with their idea and leave with a finished product that fulfils almost every customer’s fantasy.
